At Packaging Desires, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a return policy to help resolve any issues. We also provide troubleshooting advice to assist with any product concerns.
Standard Return Time
Customers may request a refund within 7 days of receiving their shipment. Items must be unopened and undamaged to be eligible for a return. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be rejected and returned to the original shipping address.
For customized products and services, which are tailored to your specific request, please notify us at info@packagingdesires.co.uk if the delivered products do not meet your specifications, or if they are damaged. Claims should be made within 3 working days of receiving your order.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
If your items are damaged, missing, or incorrect upon delivery, you must notify us within 3 working days. It is your responsibility to carefully inspect your items immediately upon receipt. Minor scratches or discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under this policy.
Costs of Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if the issue is determined to be our fault, we will offer a free reprint of your order. The management team at Packaging Desires will assess whether the product defect is due to our error. Customers must return the full order within 7 working days, at their own expense, and provide any required documentation or photos of the product flaws. If the error is due to the customer’s mistake and they still wish to receive a refund, they must return the printed items. A chargeback will be processed after the company deducts the setup and shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (credit card or bank account) within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is posted. If you’ve already contacted your bank and still haven’t received your refund, please get in touch with us at info@packagingdesires.co.uk.
Shipping Returns
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you are approved for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
