Copyrights and Trademarks
You are responsible for your use of content in combination with any other images, graphics, text, or materials incorporated into your products. You agree not to include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or copyrighted work of any third party unless you have obtained proper authorization.
By placing an order on this site, you warrant that you have all necessary rights or permissions to place the order and authorize Packaging Desires™ to produce the products on your behalf.
Customer Content
All content uploaded, posted, or transmitted via the website is your responsibility. You agree to comply with local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You agree not to upload or post any content that is indecent, unlawful, or infringes third-party rights.
Packaging Desires™ does not control customer content and does not guarantee its accuracy or quality. You are responsible for protecting your account and password.
By submitting content, you grant Packaging Desires™ a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display the content for order processing purposes.
Packaging Desires™ may remove content at its discretion or disclose it if required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
Design Files & Artwork
- All design files provided are low resolution (72 DPI). High-resolution files are available for a quote via support@packagingdesires.co.uk.
- Customer-submitted artwork must be at least 300 DPI. Packaging Desires™ is not responsible for color changes, fuzziness, or distortion caused by artwork quality.
Proofing & Approval
- All print jobs require customer approval of the final artwork and job specification sheet.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing all details, including delivery dates, production speed, and design accuracy.
- Packaging Desires™ is not liable for errors not identified before approval.
Materials
- Standard paper and card stock are not food grade unless explicitly requested in writing.
- Customers are responsible for proofing and layout approval before printing.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled before printing/shipping with applicable charges based on production stage.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Returns, Refunds, and Re-Prints
- All sales are final. No refunds or credits, except for verified production errors.
- Re-print claims must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.
- Customers must return 99% of the defective product for replacements.
Shipping and Delivery
- Standard Shipping: 8–10 business days (shipping time not guaranteed)
- Priority Shipping: Guaranteed within 8 business days
- Express Shipping: Guaranteed within 6 business days
Packaging Desires™ is not liable for delays caused by external factors, including weather, shipping issues, or customs.
Holidays
We observe major holidays including New Year’s, Easter, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Boxing Day.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The site and its content are provided “as is” without any warranty, expressed or implied.
Limitation of Liability
