Production & Shipping
Our team will send you the die line and final look of your box in the soft form. After the confirmation of the design, we will start manufacturing your order. Our company gives unlimited revisions for the design, but you have to ask for the revisions before the production process has started. We will take 7-8 business days to deliver your product to your doorstep.
Lead Time
Packaging Desires makes sure to deliver your order in as short a small duration as possible. On average, we deliver an order within 7-8 business days. Return And Refund Policy
In case of artwork misprinting or any kind of manufacturing defect from our side, you are eligible for a refund or return. However, if the mistakes have occurred due to your neglect of following our artwork guideline then we are not entitled to provide you with any refund or return.
In case you want us to change the design after final confirmation, then you must contact us within the four out of design finalisation. If you have changed your mind and you do not want us to produce your order, then the cancellation fee may apply. Within four hours of order and design confirmation, the cancellation of orders may apply a 20 % deduction in the cost.
Similarly, if after 24 hours you want to cancel your order then a 50 % deduction in the cost may be liable. Packaging Desires understands that unfavourable circumstances may occur and you may encounter any technological glitches that can halt your contact with us, that is why the mentioned conditions of refund, return, or deduction may vary considering the current situation.

There are three essential lines that you have to consider while designing custom boxes. The cutting line, bleed line, and safety margin. Each of the three lines plays an essential role in the printing and trimming process.
Cutting Line (Red Lines)
The cutting line shows the exact dimensions where the box will be cut and folded. While preparing the artwork ensure that all the important elements of your box design such as logos, texts, and images are at least 0.125 inches away from the cutting line. This helps in the prevention of the cutting of important artwork during manufacturing time. Cutting lines ensure that boxes are cut to the correct size and shape.
Example
For instance, you need a 10 x 10 inches box. Your cutting line will be of exactly this dimension. So while preparing the design on the boxes make sure that the critical design elements are 0.125 inches away from this line.
Bleed Line (Blue Lines)
The bleed line is the part of the artwork that extends beyond the cutting line. This ensures that there remain no unprinted edges on the box after trimming. So if your box has any background pattern or colour then it must extend beyond 0.125 of the cutting line so that when the box is cut no white edges appear.
Example
For instance, you need a box of 10 x 10 and your box has a blue background so you must extend this blue area by 0.125 inches outside the cutting line. This way, even if a slight shift in the cutting occurs the blue background will cover the entire edge.
Safety Margin (Green Lines)
Safety margins are indicated by green lines. It is the area inside the cutting line where all the significant artwork and text are placed. This is important to avoid accidental cutting of any important component of artwork.
Example
If your box is 10 x 10, then the safety margin will extent to 9.75 inches area inside the cutting line. This ensures all the crucial design elements remain in the safe zone.
